The new Israeli-Diaspora parliament, which is meant to give Diaspora Jews a say in Israeli affairs which affect them, seems to be
coming along as expected. Apparently, a paper outlining "a practical proposal for the new body was submitted by the strategic forum of the Zionist Council" -- and was rejected because
"They didn't even consult with Diaspora representatives before formulating their proposal."
As expected...
