One thing I learned from the
Jack Lunzer interview which I never knew: 'Rashi script' was the invention of Daniel Bomberg, the Calvinist Venetian printer who was responsible for the first complete printing of both the Babylonian Talmud and the Jerusalem Talmud in 1523. It was first used for Rashi's commentary on the Tanach in 1517.
